My device always solid yellow light, even i reset it also same. 

what can i do now?

Ok please try the steps in this post if none of those fix your issue I will get a member of the staff involved.

Let's start with making sure your network is set up correctly. Please look at the following guide and let us know how your network is set up with your deco. Either example 1,2 or 3

I already set up one, now i wanna add another one but that device always yellow light and not turn to blue, so it cant connect to this this deco

When you reset the unit can you provide the color of the leds? Is it always yellow or do you get a blinking blue led then yellow?
