Hi. I am trying to connect a new ac1900. The power light is blue. I press the wps then the extender. It flashes and then goes off. It says on my app connected but no Internet. Tried connecting with ethernet cable, no difference. The extender is directly In front of router. The router is a talk talk hub. Will return if I can't connect

It appears this is your first time setting up the RE550. Please hard reset the extender back to factory mode:

With the power on, use a pin to press and hold for 1 second to reset the extender.

 

It is recommended that you can configure the extender via Tether App: How to configure Range Extender via Tether APP
