A MAC address lookup reveals that this Wireless Access Point was made by "Z-Com".
https://maclookup<dot>app/search/result?mac=00:19:70:C1:F6:30 (replace <dot> with . )
Apparently, Z-Com mostly makes OEM products that they sell to Internet service providers, who then provide those devices to their customers. The device you have looks like it would fall into that category.
