Hi,
My device stopped working: it does not connect to the router, either via WiFi or Ethernet.
When trying to connect to it through Tether on my mobile device, I am told that the two devices are not on the same subnet.

Please confirm that you have connected the phone to the extender's WiFi, then refer to What should I do if I fail to configure TP-Link Range Extender? for suggestions.
