Tl-mr3240 + mf710m does not work

Hardware Version : V2
Firmware Version : 3.16.9 Build 150319 Rel.60489n
ISP : NOT ISP SPECIFIC
My TP Link TL-MR3420 is not working with ZTE MF710M modem. Plz help.
In MR3240 configuration it is showing Modem Identified but no connection established
.
