Hello @Robinvi ,

May I know what the model number of your device is? Please refer to How to find the model number of your TP-Link device

If all devices are not able to connect to the router Wi-Fi network:

1) Open the Tether APP, go to MORE > Wi-Fi settings, double confirm your SSID and password, make sure there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end of the SSID/password.

2) Log in the web management interface of the router (http://tplinkwifi.net), go to Advanced > Wireless > Wireless Settings, try a few other wireless channels.

3) Reboot the router.
