AX55 Pro keeps crashing – unknown firmware
Hello community!
I have an AX55 Pro V1 (EU) that regularly loses its internet connection. When this happens, it can no longer be accessed via the web interface to reset it.
Also interesting is firmware version 1.4.3 Build 20250813 rel.63911(4555), which cannot be found anywhere, not even on the support page. It is not possible to reflash the firmware.
In addition, the web interface is sluggish.
Has anyone else in the forum observed this?
My setup looks like this:
FRITZBox 7530AX (modem) --> AX55 Pro (router) --> PA8010P --> 3x WPA8631P in the mesh network
Is there a way to upgrade (or reinstall) the firmware or downgrade to a stable version?
Many thanks,
Gregor

@Joseph-TP I have had the same issue.
I bought the AX55 Pro, new, specifically so I could set up EasyMesh - installing 1.4.3 on setup
I've never had so many problems with a router in my life.
I've unplugged it and reinstalled the previous AX1800 to keep us online and to try and figure this out.
Do you have any suggestions?

Hello @pseuperb ,
Welcome to our community.
May I know if your network topology diagram is as follows:
ISP modem—Archer AX55 Pro )))((( client devices
(Note: — stands for wired connection,)))((( stands for wireless connection )
Which routers support EasyMesh? And what are models of them?
Before you update AX55 Pro to 1.4.3, can you create the EasyMesh network?
If there is a switch between the AX55 Pro and other routers, please remove the switch for comparison.
