Model: Archer AX53
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.5.4 Build 20250926 rel.87654(4555)

I have 2 routers at my home

- One is the "Archer AX53 v1.0" which is the main one connected to the WAN

- And the other router is a signal extender connected to the main one via an ethernet cable

I was trying to connect to my secondary router but i noticed it always fails to connect, it wasn't doing that before

I went to check my 2 routers via the web interface, the secondary router looks fast and fine

The main tp link one however was so slow and i could not access the web interface easily

I noticed that the CPU usage is 100%, this is why it was so slow and it took to long to navigate inside the web interface

Is there a way to monitor system resource usage ?

Monitor in detail so that i know which process is causing the problem and try to troubleshoot this problem

For instance, in my linux machine i use btop

https://github.com/aristocratos/btop

Home routers like AX53 don't have such functionality implemented.

Reboot your AX53 and check if there's any improvement.

If not you can reset to its factory defaults and re-configure from scratch.

If this was helpful click on the arrow pointing upward to make it blue. If this solves your issue, click the star to make it blue as a "Recommended Solution". Tips:149wubkkfoLmNDjDbiTxx4ZU8mpcMA5CJt
