Firmware Version:

Set up completed as in the instructions. All lights showing blue on the unit. Message, after entering the correct router password "Unable to connect to Internet.  Check connections " TV is connected via WiFi to the router but wanted a signal boost for watching sport as this is a bit fuzzy sometimes. Even connected the unit via the ethernet port with no joy.

Hello @Philthewalker ,

Thanks for contacting our community.

May I know the model of your range extender? If Only One Device Has No Internet:
• Restart both the device (TV) and the extender.
• Try connecting the TV to a different Wi-Fi network to ensure the TV’s Wi-Fi is working properly.
• Update the network adapter/firmware on your TV if possible.
