Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.1 Build 20250717 rel.40826

Hello everyone,

There’s an issue with the router that occurs occasionally — it keeps turning off and then back on again.

I checked the cables and disconnected the power, then reconnected it, but the problem still persists.

I hope to find a solution with your help.

Thank you for your cooperation.

  @Khalid14714 ,

Welcome to our community.

In addition to the issue Vendex mentioned, there may be issues with unstable power adapter connections. You'll need to replace the wall socket or use another power adapter of the exact specifications for comparison.

I want to confirm the following information with you:

Have you created an EasyMesh Network? Please provide the whole network topology.

Does auto reboot occur at a fixed time? Like morning or at night.

Are you running the same network activity when the auto reboot occurs? Like playing games.etc

It might be worth checking the power adapter - if it’s not delivering stable voltage or is slightly damaged, that could cause the router to restart by itself. You can try using another adapter with the same voltage and current rating to see if the issue continues. Also, make sure the router firmware is fully updated and perform a factory reset after updating, as sometimes leftover configuration data from previous versions can lead to random restarts
