There’s been no proper response so far — only unhelpful comments like “drivers” or suggestions that the issue is on my end. However, this affects five separate systems, all using your NIC and running Windows Server 2022 or 2025. The problem is clearly reproducible and not isolated to a single setup.

This sounds like a Windows driver/stack issue with the Marvell AQC113 on TX401 V2. Since it works fine on Linux, it’s likely Windows interrupt handling or offload compatibility causing packet loss under load.

Try:

  1. Use latest Windows Server driver directly from Marvell, not TP-Link.

  2. Disable Large Send Offload (LSO) and RSS in Device Manager.

  3. Update network stack via Windows updates, especially any NIC-related hotfixes.

  4. If possible, test with static IRQ assignment in Device Manager to reduce spikes.

Many users report these steps stabilize TX401 V2 under Windows Server.
