Model: RE200
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I have successfully connected one RE200 to my home network, but signal is still not strong enough for the house. I have a second RE200 which the app recognises and tries to connect to but fails. I have tried resetting the device but same problem. What next?

Hello @Pharmer ,

Welcome to our community.

You can use two extenders together in a single network. To ensure optimal network quality, it is recommended to connect both extenders directly to the host router's Wi-Fi network instead of connecting one extender to another. Assign a different Wi-Fi name to the first extender so you can separate its Wi-Fi from your router's. The setup process for adding a second extender is the same as for the first one.

Best Regards.
