Hello @abdullah346 ,

Would you like to log in to the Tether App, which asks for your email and password? Please note that you need to create the TP-Link ID yourself: What is TP-Link ID, and how to make a TP-Link ID?

But if you mentioned the device's login password, please keep in mind that the administrator created it. If you don't know the password, please hard reset the router to try again.
