Model: Archer AX72
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.5 Build 20250928

Hello,

from about 3 months and just after warranty I have problem with AX72 bootlooping after reboot or restart with buttons or power loss.

Router seems to start normally after 3 leds show up for second and it's starting over. Today router couln't fully boot for 7 hours.

Only option to make router works is pull power supply, pres power button multiple times and than connect power supply. After this router will boot normaly.

I have already tried:

- software update (3 versions)

- factory reset from software

- hard reset with button

- other power supply

- opened router to check capacitor (they are fine)

What else could I do or check?

Hello @DrizztDWX ,

Thanks for contacting our community.

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to address this self-rebooting issue:

1. Ensure you are using the original power adapter that came with your router, and try plugging it into a different power socket or outlet to rule out any power supply issues.

2. For comparison, unplug all Ethernet cables attached to the router, and change the Wi-Fi network name to disconnect all wireless client devices. Observe if the bootloop or self-rebooting issue persists when no devices are connected.
