Why does tp-link not understand that some customers change their contact details.
I have been a customer of tp-link for many years and like their products. However I have one serious problem with tp-link as they do not seem to understand that that people sometimes change their contact details. In my case I have changed my email address and telephone number but can find no way of updating this information anywhere on this forum and anything related to all the products I have purchased. What's the matter with tp-link, don't they realise that people can change their contact details and require tp-link to update the information.
Can someone please urgently advise me what I can do to wake up tp-link and get them to change my contact details?
