Hello, I have been changed my internet provider but I can't program it to a new internet, please advise.

If you changed your main router (because of the new ISP) you have to reset RE305 and re-configure from scratch - details.

For resetting the RE, you can use one of these two methods:

• With the extender powered on, use a pin to press the Reset button for 1 second. The extender will reboot.

 Log in to the extender’s web management page. Go to Settings > System Tools > Backup & Restore and click Factory Restore.
