Hello @TomSt1 ,

Welcome to our community.

If you cannot log into the extender via the Tether app, follow these steps to troubleshoot:
    1. Forget all the saved WiFi networks on the phone, then reconnect to the extender's Wi-Fi and open the Tether app again.  For detailed instructions, refer to How to remove existing wireless network profile on Android&iPhone
    2. Try logging in using another smartphone or tablet to determine if the issue is specific to your current device.
    3. Power cycle the extender by unplugging it for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in and wait for it to fully restart.
    4. Reset the extender to factory settings. During setup, configure it with a Wi-Fi name (SSID) different from your main router to avoid conflicts.
