Internet backup support for Deco BE65
Hi,
I just bought 3 deco BE65. I had before a deco X50 which I configured internet backup. before buying the BE65 I saw a thread from december 2024 saying that BE65 will have internet backup feature once the firmware gets updated. I have the latest firmware according to Deco app and it doesn't have the feature. I need the feature because my home alarm depends on it to work when there's no internet from my main ISP. When are you planning to add the feature into the firmware?.
I'm contacting US support because I'm from Argentina I'm not able to get any answer from support in my country. There's even a telephone number that nobody is answering.

@PLG Are you talking about Backup feature on Deco App? I have Deco M4 (V2) and there is a Backup option in the settings.
@PLG If you are still using Deco X50 as Main Deco Unit you can power ON the Deco BE65 and then go to Replace Main Deco option in Deco App.
