Dear TP-Link / Mercusys Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am a user of both the TP-Link Archer AX73 v2.0 (AX5400) and the Mercusys MR80X (AX3000), Dual-Band Wi-Fi 6 Routers from Bangladesh. And, I greatly appreciate the performance and reliability of your devices.

  • However, I’d like to kindly request a useful enhancement for future firmware updates:
A built-in dashboard showing real-time total bandwidth consumption (combined upload + download in Mbps or KB/s) for all connected devices together, not just per-device stats. In both App and Web management platforms.

  • And a solution for TP-Link Archer AX73 v2.0 (AX5400), When I connect a 128GB USB 3.1 Flash Drive to the USB port of the Archer AX73 v2.0, I observe a significant reduction in Wi-Fi range and signal strength across 2.4 GHz.

  • A thing I noticed — if I connect a router in AP Mode or any other device through LAN ports using cables terminated with T-568B on both ends, the network works perfectly and exceeds 500 Mbps. But when some devices are connected with Ethernet cables made with random color sequences RJ45, but having the same color pattern on each side (not following T-568B on both ends), the whole network becomes unstable or unusable.

Currently, the Traffic Statistics page provides cumulative data usage (since last reboot), and the Network Map shows per-device real-time speeds, but there is no way to view the router’s total instantaneous bandwidth usage at a glance. This feature would be extremely helpful for network diagnostics, ISP usage verification, and performance monitoring.

Given that both TP-Link and Mercusys are part of the same ecosystem, I hope this feature could be implemented across both brands’ firmware for consistency and user convenience.

Thank you for considering this request. I believe it would significantly improve the user experience for many home and small-office users.

Best regards,
Network.Analyst
