I would like to kindly request that you add EasyMesh Ethernet backhaul support to the RE605X V2 in a future firmware update.

The recently released firmware for the RE605X V3 (RE605X(EU)_V3_1.2.10 Build 20250627) includes several major new features, including:

• EasyMesh R2/R3

• EasyMesh Ethernet backhaul

• Guest Network

• Eco-mode

• Advanced AX feature toggles (OFDMA, MU-MIMO, TWT)

As an owner of the RE605X V2, it feels unfair that the V2 hardware is excluded from these important EasyMesh improvements—especially Ethernet backhaul, which greatly enhances network stability and performance in mesh setups.

The RE605X V2 is still widely used, and many customers would benefit from this feature. Since the V2 and V3 models share similar product positioning, I kindly ask TP-Link to consider releasing a firmware update that brings EasyMesh Ethernet backhaul (and ideally the other EasyMesh enhancements) to the RE605X V2.
