Hi Guys

 

Hope someone can point me in the right direction please.

 

 

I am being offered a firmware upgrade for the SG3452 series switches I have, however they fail to deploy.

 

 

When you tell it to deploy, you get a "This model in the selected site has already specified a firmware version"

 

 

Any thoughts would be most welcome.

Thanks for the advice Guys

 

The root issue was that I had manually uploaded in the tab shown below another version previously - and once I deleted the old firmware from that tab, the cloud update worked.

 

Every day is a school day!

Thanks for the reply - I did download it manually and then tried to upload it, however it gives the same error message as trying directly from the cloud.

 

I was hoping I dont need to put the switch in stand alone mode then reconfigure it... which I would assume will work... but be a world of pain to reconfigure it.

Did you check the firmware version on the Device page? From the error message, maybe it's already updated successfully, but reported wrongly.
