Recently bought Archer C20 router for using it as a secondary router for my room. I have Airtel Airfiber Installed at the main room, but I get weak signal in my room. So I decided to buy a router, connect it through cable and keep the new router in my room. But the problem is, download speed is capped around ~10-13mbps, while I get almost same upload speed which the main router provides (~80-90mbps). I tried it to setup in multiple ways but the result is same. Before you doubt cable quality then let me tell you, connecting cable directly to laptop gives almost same download and upload speed as main router gives. I tried the extender mods as well, that do give more speed but then I have to keep Tplink router in the next room, and signals again becomes weak at my room. Please help if anyone knows how to fix it.
