Hello, I have this EX820v (GBBBRSK) modem v.1.0 with firmware 0.2.0.3.1.9 v6087.0 build 241025 Rel. 53781n. I need to use it in Italy with the ISP TIM. I would like to update the firmware to version 0.3.0 3.1.9 v6087.0 Build 250124 Rel.60047n. I try to update it but I get error 71211. Is there a way to switch to the EU firmware? Is there an updated firmware available? Also, if I configure it with my ISP’s parameters, will the VOIP work? Regards.
