My Router issue
Subject: Issue with LAN Ports 2 and 4 Not Working
Dear Support Team,
I am facing an issue with my router. LAN port 1 and LAN port 3 are working normally, but LAN port 2 and LAN port 4 are not functioning. Devices connected to these ports do not receive any network connection.
I have already tried basic troubleshooting such as changing cables and restarting the router, but the issue still persists.
Kindly assist me in resolving this problem at the earliest.
Thank you.

Hello @gopesh03 ,
Welcome to our community.
Here are some suggestions that may help you:
1. Reboot Devices:
Restart both your router and the wired client devices connected to LAN port 2 and 4. Sometimes, a simple reboot can fix connectivity problems.
2. Test with Another Device:
Connect a different device to LAN port 2 and LAN port 4 using the same cables. If these devices still do not receive a network connection, the issue is likely with the router's LAN ports.
3. Check IP Configuration:
Make sure the wired client devices are set to obtain an IP address automatically (DHCP).
For Windows: Go to the Network Connection Details page and confirm that "DHCP enabled" is set to "Yes."
For Mac: Navigate to Network > Advanced and ensure "Configure IPv4" is set to "Using DHCP."
4. Check IPTV/VLAN settings:
Launch a web browser, at the top of the window in the address bar type in https://tplinkwifi.net, and then press Enter.
Go to Advanced>Network>IPTV/VLAN, check if LAN 2 and LAN 4 are selected as IPTV ports.
