Hello @Hanifmail,
Here are some steps to help you:
1. Use the Correct Administrator Password
⢠When accessing the router's web interface or the Tether App for the first time, you must enter the router's administrator password. This is different from your Wi-Fi password or TP-Link ID. If you have forgotten this password, you will need to reset the router to its factory default settings.
2. Logging in via the Tether App
⢠Open the Tether App, select your router, and enter or create the administrator password.
3. Logging in via Web Interface
⢠Connect your device to the router's network (either via Wi-Fi or Ethernet).
⢠Open a browser and enter http://tplinkwifi.net or http://192.168.0.1 in the address bar.
⢠The first time you access the web interface, you will be prompted to set an admin password. Be sure to remember this password for future logins.
Note: Some routers allow you to log in with a TP-Link ID if the router has been bound to one. The first TP-Link ID used will become the Admin account.
