unable to access vigi camera on mobile network

Camera works fine on wifi but app not working on mobile network, able to access stream on NVR. Please advise,

Thank you for your post.The reason it doesn’t work over mobile data is most likely that your camera is not bound to the cloud account.
Also, what exactly do you mean by “I can still reach the NVR’s video stream”? Screenshots illustrating this would be very helpful.
