I bought this ethernet switch because my router only has 2 ports and i connected the switch up and i have my pc connected to it but only gets 100 download and 950 upload connected to the switch but if i have it directly its constant 950 down and up
Did you try a different ethernet cables to rule out a cable issue ? You can try different switch port to rule out a switch port issue.
In general you should connect your router to port5 (uplink port) on the switch and use port from 1-4 to connect your computer.
