Welcome to our community.

 

Please ensure you are using the correct administrator password. When accessing the router's web interface or using the Tether app for the first time, you need to enter the router's administrator password (not your TP-Link ID or Wi-Fi password). If you have forgotten this password, you will need to reset the router to its factory default settings.

 

If you still have trouble accessing the web interface, try these additional steps:
• Reboot the router.
• Make sure your device is connected to the main network of the router.
• Use "Incognito mode" or "Private mode" in your browser.
• Try logging in from a different device.
