Hello @Dianeag ,

A red (or orange) Internet light means the router has lost its Internet connection. Please try the following steps to restore your connection:

1. Test your Internet connection directly: Connect your computer directly to the modem using an Ethernet cable.
2. Reboot your devices: Power off both your modem and router. First, power on the router and wait until it fully boots. Then, power on the modem and wait for all lights to stabilize.
3. Update DNS settings: Log in to your router’s web management interface at http://tplinkwifi.net, change the DNS servers to 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8.
4. Clone your PC’s MAC address (if needed): For detailed instructions, please refer to this FAQ: How do I configure MAC Address Clone on my TP-Link Archer Router?
