Hello @B_79,
Welcome to our community.
Is the network card still functioning properly? Have you changed any settings recently?
Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot:
1. Remove other internet devices such as Access Points or range extenders, if you have any, to simplify your network and rule out interference.
2. For Windows devices: Change the Network Profile to 'Private' to allow device discovery and communication. You can follow the instructions here: What should I do if I cannot access printer/internal server after changing the router?
3. Check the IP addresses of your devices (printer, computers, etc.) and make sure they are all in the same subnet. This ensures they can communicate locally. Guidance is available here: How to find IP address on your devices?
4. Ping the IP address of the device you are trying to reach (printer or other computers) to check connectivity. Instructions are here: How to use the Ping command?
If these steps doesn't help, please get in touch with us again with the results of your troubleshooting. Providing more details about your network setup and the specific adapters involved will help us assist you more efficiently.

Yeah network card functions awesome otherwise. I think it's my VPN causing the issue. I'm too lazy to uninstall VPN entireley and NIC drivers then re-install everything. All works when I switch to different NIC or rdp/ ping from laptop.
1) Just Modem connected to TP-Link Deco pod that distributes internet throughout house. My devices connect no problem.
2) Tried tampering with network profiles and checked windows firewall but no change.
3) All devices on same subnet and using same gateway/ dhcp.
4) Can't ping anything even on other NIC/ laptop but can still rdp and access printer even though can't ping.
