Hello @vore ,

Sorry to bother you.

May I know whether your windows system has been updated to 1030.52.731.2025?  Are your network adapters still working properly? If you have any questions, you can see:

Hello @vore ,

Thanks for contacting our community.

For your case, here are some suggestions that may help you:

1. Test your network stability: Connect another device to the same Wi-Fi network. If that device also has an unstable connection, the issue may be with your router. In this case, please contact your router manufacturer for further assistance.
2. Disable your computer's built-in Wi-Fi adapter: If your computer has a built-in Wi-Fi adapter, disable it to prevent interference with your TP-Link adapter.
3. Improve signal strength: Move your adapter closer to your router (ideally within 10-15 feet) to ensure a stronger signal.
4. Check power-saving settings: Power-saving mode can cause disconnections. Make sure it is disabled in Device Manager.
5. Update your driver: Download and install the latest driver for your adapter.

For detailed instructions, please refer to Case 2 on this FAQ: What should I do if the TP-Link network adapter is not working properly in my computer?

  @Joseph-TP

I did all that.WN722N works as intended.

I disabled WN722N and unplugged it.

I installed AC1300 T4UPlusV1 with latest drivers from official page (Archer T4U Plus(EU&US) V1_200821_Win10&Win11  Published Date: 2020-12-18 ). Everything works fine for a couple of minutes then adapter disconnects by itself. Green light is shut. Something happens because I can't restart the PC. I have to force quit it.

Is it possible I need newer drivers? And where to download it.

My driver version is 1030.44.408.2024. I don't use official driver because it disconnects the network periodically. I've installed Realtek RTWlanUSB_WindowsDriver_1030.44.0408.2024_Drv_3.00.0043_TS.L(153650)

It still disconnects from network periodically.

Where to find the latest driver version?

Hi @vore ,

Normally, PC systems will automatically push out driver updates. However, based on feedback, the latest version 1030.52.731.2025 may cause signal drop and instability with WiFi 4/5 USB adapters.

Therefore, it's likely that your T4U plus network adapter is unstable, especially given that other network cards are running stably. Please contact local support for help.

This beta driver works from https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/852564

Please, could you frequently update drivers since official one  Archer T4U Plus(EU&US) V1_200821_Win10&Win11 has published Date: 2020-12-18 and this can collide with Windows 11.

Hi  @vore ,

Version 1030.52.1216.2025 is being rolled out to users gradually. Have you received a notification to install the new driver on your PC?

If not, you can enable automatic updates through the Windows Update interface. If your PC receives a push notification, this new driver should install automatically.
