Internet connection
Hi I have set up the above range extender. Tether checks the signal and confirms that it is in an ideal location, the device says that it is working fine and then it just says "no internet" I click on it and it says that it is working fine again and then shortly after no internet again.
what is going on?

Here are some troubleshooting steps for your case:
1. Check the extender's LED status:
• If only the power light is on or the signal light is red:
• Make sure the extender is within the Wi-Fi range of your main router. Try moving it closer to the router.
• Restart both your router and the extender.
• Perform a hard reset on the extender and set it up again.
• If the signal/2.4G/5G lights are on:
• Confirm your router's Wi-Fi is working properly for other devices.
• Restart both your router and extender.
• Update the extender's firmware to the latest version.
• Disable any MAC address filtering or Access Control features on your router, as these may block the extender. If you need help with this, please contact your router's support.
