Please refer to this Virtual WAN configuration guide and note the following tips:How to configure Virtual WAN on Omada Gateway
Note: For physical WAN connections and Virtual WAN connections, a maximum of one connection can be established simultaneously without enabling a VLAN ID.
When a VLAN ID is enabled on a physical WAN port, only one connection within the Virtual WAN (up to three Virtual WAN connections on the same physical WAN port) can be established without enabling a VLAN.
If the VLAN ID is not enabled on the physical WAN port, the Virtual WAN connection must be configured with a VLAN ID.

Thank you for the response and sharing the details.
If the VLAN ID is not enabled on the physical WAN port, the Virtual WAN connection must be configured with a VLAN ID.
This is not working. I have the same setup, and it throws a "Something went wrong" error.

How is your physical WAN configured? How many WAN interfaces do you have? If you have additional WAN interfaces, I recommend testing whether configuring another WAN works. What exactly is the use-case behind “It is required for the ONU access and VOIP”? In other words, why do you need to set up a virtual WAN?

How is your physical WAN configured?
The physical WAN is configured with PPPoE.
How many WAN interfaces do you have?
I have a single WAN connected to the default WAN interface and a USB modem.
If you have additional WAN interfaces, I recommend testing whether configuring another WAN works.
I have additional WAN interfaces, and I can check. The router is in a remote location, and I'm managing that with OC300 SD WAN.
What exactly is the use-case behind “It is required for the ONU access and VOIP”? In other words, why do you need to set up a virtual WAN?
I have XZ000-G7 that connects to the ISP OLT and converts the fiber to an RJ45 signal.
I want to access the XZ000-G7 web portal via the virtual WAN. One of my ISPs provides SIP VoIP through a separate VLAN, so I want to configure a VoIP virtual WAN.
I have configured the ER8411 with the HSGQ SFP PON Stick at the primary site, similar to what I want to achieve for the remote site. Please see the screenshots from the primary site with ER8411.
