I need some support with updating the firmware on my Deco X55 (Hardware Version: US 1.2).

I’ve been using this setup for almost a year and overall it has been great. However, from time to time, the Wi-Fi signal drops on my connected devices—even though they are static devices such as the PC, TV, and media hub.

For context, I purchased the X55 from Amazon US, but I am using it in Bahrain (Middle East).

Back in February, the Deco app notified me that a new firmware update was available. I ignored it at the time since everything was working fine. Today, when I attempted to update, I received the error shown in the screenshot. I restarted the system several times, but the issue persists. Even when checking through the gateway, it states the software is up to date, although I am certain that an update does exist for the X55.

I also visited the support website, but whenever I try to switch the location to the US, it redirects me to the UAE website. Since the recommended method is to download firmware based on the country of purchase, this complicates things.

Is there any way to perform the update directly through the Deco app, or can I get the direct download link for the latest US firmware version for my hardware variant?
