Model: Archer AX55
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.1 Build 20250821 rel.70686(4555)

I forgot the TP-Link Cloud account associated with my Archer AX55. When I try to connect it with my current account, the system tells me that it is already linked to another account. However, I am certain that I used this account for this router. I have tried several email addresses without success. I would like to know if it is possible to identify the linked account using the serial number, or if there is another solution.

Hello @Mathis_C06 ,

If you forget the TP-Link ID, you may need to reset the router and configure it with a new TP-Link ID. If it doesn’t work, please take a photo showing the MAC address of your router and proof of purchase. Then email support.forum@tp-link.com, attaching [Forum ID 850814] and details, and we will have a dedicated person to assist in analysis and follow-up.
