Hi there. It's now two days struggling to connect my extender to the Wi-Fi. At one moment it wrote on the Tether App that my phone's IP is different from that of the Extender. So please assist me.

Hello @Stephen-94 ,

Welcome to our community.

For your case, here are some suggestions that may help you:

1. Forget all saved Wi-Fi networks on your phone, then reconnect specifically to the extender's Wi-Fi network. After reconnecting, open the Tether app and try logging in again. For detailed instructions, you can visit How to remove existing wireless network profile on Android&iPhone.
2. Try using a different smartphone or tablet to log in. This will help determine if the problem is specific to your current device.
3. Power cycle the extender by unplugging it from the power outlet for about 30 seconds. Plug it back in and wait for it to fully restart before trying again.
4. Reset the extender to factory settings. During the setup process, make sure to configure the extender with a Wi-Fi name (SSID) that is different from your main router to avoid any conflicts.

Best Regards.
