I already reinstalled the app. Problem is still not solved. Where Can I report this?

Hello @Charles_03 ,

Thanks for contacting our community.

This anomaly can occur if the Tether app cannot properly detect or connect to your Wi-Fi router. Please try the following steps:
1. Check Your Network Connection:
Please make sure your phone is connected to the main Wi-Fi network of your TP-Link device, not the guest network or any other network.
2. Update Firmware:
Log in to your TP-Link device’s web management interface and check for a firmware update. Update to the latest version if needed.
3. Disable VPN and Mobile Data:
Turn off any VPN application running on your phone and disable mobile/cellular data to avoid connection conflicts.
4. Restart Devices:
Reboot your TP-Link device and also close the Tether app completely (remove it from the background) and reopen it.
5. iOS Specific Step:
If you are using an iOS device, please go to Settings > Tether App and enable 'Local Network Access' permission.

Best Regards.
