Hi Team,
On 30th nov, I raised a support ticket stating my secondary Deco is not working and I received an email from support to perform few troubleshooting steps.
I tried those steps and sent a response and sent a follow-up email as well. It's been 10 days and there is no response from the Tp link India support team and the phone support to whom I spoke today is not helpful.
Note: The deco is just 5 months old.
Requesting someone to share your comments to get a resolution.
