Hi Team,

 

On 30th nov, I raised a support ticket stating my secondary Deco is not working and I received an email from support to perform few troubleshooting steps. 

I tried those steps and sent a response and sent a follow-up email as well. It's been 10 days and there is no response from the Tp link India support team and the phone support to whom I spoke today is not helpful.

Note: The deco is just 5 months old.

 

Requesting someone to share your comments to get a resolution.

Can you provide your ticket number? 

Need help with the Deco app, setup, Ethernet backhaul, network switch or rolling back firmware? Router or AP mode? https://community.tp-link.com/us/home/forum/topic/699816?page=1

Hello,

 

I missed to mention that a couple of days ago, I got a call from the sales team as I looped them in the last email. That gentleman listened to me and immediately took action. Now the service center has agreed to replace the device.

 

The ticket number is : TKID251163331
