Hi,

I installed the Deco X50 and it is working fine for almost everything on the network. I can access everything quickly.

However, it will not allow access to BBC Sounds on my Android phone (or my wife's Android phone). 

I can access BBC Sounds on my Windows desktop perfectly. 

I tried uninstalling the BBC Sounds app, restarting the phone, and re-installing the app. No luck.

I tried rebooting the Deco. No luck.

I have not turned on parental controls or web protection.

I listen to BBC Sounds every day so I need it working. I don't understand what the problem is.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
