Set up new router but cant use when asks for passwrod to access extender
Have set up to my new provider but password doesn't work from my account at tp?

Hi,
The login password for the extender is separate from the password of a TP-Link account. (which means they are different, unless you set the same password for both things)
If you can't remember what login password you previously set on the extender, then you will have to reset the extender by pressing its "Reset" button. After that you will be asked to set a new login password during the setup process. Note that a reset will revert all of the extender's settings to the factory defaults.
