Model: RE330
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

El Extensor ha dejado de funcionar, me lo encontré con las luces apagadas y cuando lo volví a conectar, sólo se enciende una luz que parpadea y luego se apagan todas.

He probado a resetearlo y sigue igual.

Hello @Robercup ,

According to Google Translate, your question is that the RE330 has no power even though plugged into the socket. If there is any discrepancy, please describe it in English.

Here are some steps you can try:
1. Try a different power socket: Unplug the extender and plug it into another power outlet to rule out any issues with the current socket.
2. Reset the extender: Press and hold the reset pinhole until all the lights turn on for one second, then turn off. This can help restore the device to its default settings.

If the suggestions above don't help, please contact TP-Link technical support for additional assistance.
