Hello, I am having an issue with the Archer AX53 WebGUI.

In the advanced options, under DHCP Server, where all client devices connected to the router should be visible, not all of them are displayed.

If I go to the “Network Map / Clients” option, more devices appear there that do not appear in the “Advanced / DHCP Server / DHCP Client List” option.

Why? What is the reason for this?

If I run an IP scanning program on a PC, I can see all the connected devices, but not in the advanced WebGUI.

I would appreciate your help.

Hi,

Possible reasons for client devices not showing up in the AX53's "DHCP Client List" could be:

- the missing client devices are configured with a static IP address (meaning those client devices did not obtain their IP addresses via DHCP)

- the missing client devices obtained their IP addresses from another DHCP server that is active within the same local network
