The power, wireless and RE lights are flashing but i can't get them to go solid in order to start it up. I've tried resetting it and it just does the same thing. What do i do please? Also because they're not solid it won't let me connect to its wifi

Hello @Oliviamoorby ,

Welcome to our community.

Here are some steps you can try:
1. Try a Different Power Socket:
Plug your Range Extender into another power outlet to rule out any issues with the current socket.
2. Perform a Proper Reset:
With the extender powered on, use a pin to press and hold the reset pinhole. Hold it until all the lights turn on for about one second, then go off. This ensures a full reset.

If the suggestions above don't help, please contact TP-Link Technical Support for further assistance.
