Model: RE210
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Just changed internet provider and setting up on new wifi network, but unable to complete the set-up. Tried a few times but no luck.

I factory reset the RE210 unit, and connected to it with through the open wifi network it created. Followed the steps in the manual to quick set-up, but after completion the unit just has the power LED on, and no 2.4G/5G/WPS LEDs, and the network hasn't been extended. Have left it powered for a good 20+ mins and no change. The open network has dissappeared, so I know its got at least partly through the set-up (however it means I can no longer connect to it).

Any ideas?

Hello @Eoin12 ,

Thanks for contacting our community.

Please ensure Proper Reset: Press and hold the RESET button (using a pin) for about 1 second until all LEDs flash. This will restore the extender to factory defaults.
After resetting, place your device close to the extender for setup. For a step-by-step video guide, you can visit the Setup Video.
