I have a TP Link Archer be 400. I used to have an Archer c6. I connected three TVs to the c6 via Wi-Fi, and everything worked fine. Now, after replacing the router with a be 400, the TV set-top box doesn't show live TV. You can watch recorded broadcasts, the movie library, and anything else, but live TV doesn't work. Just a black screen. All the settings seem to be checked. Everything is OK via the wire. Can you tell me where the problem is and how to fix it?

Do you need to reconfigure your TVs' network settings with new router? You can also check whether you need to set up IPTV on TVs. Please refer to How to configure IPTV function on wireless router (For new logo)？

  @Joseph-TP All settings are at default. Your link talks about setting up IPTV via LAN. Everything works for me via LAN. It doesn't work via WiFi.

Hi @parilla ,

As you can see, the wired connection works fine. Then it's very likely that your TV's Wi-Fi connection needs to be reset. We suggest you contact your TV's support or search for ways to connect your TV to the new Wi-Fi network.
