Hello  @laithjanabi ,

Welcome to our community.

 

For your case, please try the following steps:
1. Make sure your mobile device is connected to the main Wi-Fi network of your TP-Link router (not the guest network or any other network).
2. Disable any VPN applications and turn off mobile/cellular data on your device to ensure a stable local connection.
3. For iOS devices: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network, find the Tether App, and enable "Local Network Access".
4. Reboot your TP-Link router to refresh the connection.
5. Force close the TP-Link app and reopen it.
