Model: Archer TX50E
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version:

I recently bought a Archer TX50E card for my PC. I got it, connected it fine downloaded the driver's and had no issues for a few days. Today when I started my computer it disconnected from my home WiFi stating that some information has changed. I tried reconnecting and it worked for about a minute before disconnecting again. This doesn't happen with any other device connected to the network, and the card stays connected to my phone hotspot fine as well. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver's, moving my PC and the antenna to a better spot, looking at power settings, playing with 5G vs 2.4G. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi@Eve79 ,

Welcome to our community.

If you have a different PC, please test the adapter's connection

If your PC has a built-in wireless adapter, disable it to avoid possible interference with the Archer TX50E.

For additional troubleshooting, please refer to Case 2 in this FAQ for more detailed instructions: What should I do if the TP-Link network adapter is not working properly in my computer?
