Model: TL-WR3602BE
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.1 Build 20251031 rel.61983(5553)

My TP Link router is successfully operational however, when I use it with my work laptop, I cannot access ALL of my applications.  It works with email, Teams but it does not work with company app that are critical for my work.

I did a DNS flush and they tried to start up and the app were still not accessible.

Please provide some direction on how I can solve this issue.

Thanks in advance for the assistance.

Hello @CJAWS ,

Welcome to our community.

Here are some suggestions for your case:

  • Please check if a VPN is required to access these company apps; consult your company's IT department for specific guidance.
  • Please compare whether these company apps can be accessed normally on other devices.
  • Please change your DNS to Google DNS(8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4).

@CJAWS   @Joseph-TP check company VPN MTU size, maybe it is to high and packet cannot be encapsulated in standard MTU size without packet fragmentation which Global Protect doesn't like.

Working apps are probably not in VPN stream - splitted VPN - Microsoft IP are trusted and you cannot leak company data using them. Etc.

If your Home ISP uses CGNAT it is probably 100% reason.

You have probably have to go fight in war with IT and security teams in your company.
