Hello@KayDooo ,

Welcome to our community.

Please try the following suggestions:

• If only the power light is on and other LEDs are off, or if the signal light is red:
    • Make sure the extender is within the Wi-Fi range of your router (even if it's close, try moving it to a different spot).
    • Restart both your router and the extender.
    • Perform a hard reset on the extender and set it up again.

• If the signal/2.4G/5G lights are on:
    • Confirm that your router's Wi-Fi is working properly by connecting another device directly to the router.
    • Restart both your router and the extender.
    • Update the extender's firmware to the latest version.
    • Disable any MAC address filtering or Access Control features on your router (contact your router's support if you need help with this).
    • Check the IP addresses assigned by both the router and the extender. If they are not in the same network segment, enable the DHCP server on the extender. You can find detailed instructions here: What's the solution if my TP-Link range extender can't connect to my router properly?

Hi @Bader198908 ,

If you want to manually update the firmware, you can install it via https://www.tp-link.com/support/download/re305/#Firmware.
